The November/December issue of Sierra Magazine, which is published by the Sierra Club, features several articles about the sustainability movement in higher education:
- Jennifer Hattman introduces the campus sustainability trend in her article Go Big Green.
- The magazine introduces its first-ever list of top ten green schools in 10 that Get It.
- Talk of the Quad presents great campus-greening ideas for students to implement, as well as other resources.

- For those wondering how they can do good while paying off their student loans, the article Hot Jobs for a Warming Planet offers some career paths.
