- Will there be a virtual offering for people who can’t attend in person?We are exploring options for people to engage in our conference virtually but these options have so far been resource-prohibitive or otherwise impractical. As a result, AASHE will not be offering live streaming options for this conference. However, we will be recording our keynotes and making session materials available to AASHE members via the Campus Sustainability Hub.

Attendee Registration FAQs
- How much is registration?Registration rates vary based on a variety of factors. Visit the Registration page for full pricing details.
- Are group packages available?Yes! AASHE welcomes large groups. Groups qualify for the following discounts:
- 2-5 tickets: 5% discount
- 6-10 tickets: 10% discount
- 11-20 tickets: 20% discount
- 20+ tickets: 25% discount
All tickets must be purchased in a single transaction to qualify for the group discount. Additional discount codes (e.g., presenter discounts) cannot be applied.
- What does registration include?
- Access to all educational sessions (e.g., Learning Labs and Field Reports) and networking meetings held during regular conference hours (pre-conference programs like experiential learning opportunities and workshops require an additional fee).
- Access to keynote sessions
- Access to the Expo Hall
- Opening Night Reception on Sunday, Oct. 4
- Vegetarian lunches and refreshment breaks on Monday, Oct. 5 and Tuesday, Oct. 6.
- What is your refund policy if I am unable to attend? Can registrants who are unable to attend send a substitute?As outlined in the AASHE 2026 Registration & Participation Policies, if you register and become unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person OR apply the amount you paid towards registration at next year’s AASHE conference. In exceptional circumstances, we may instead be able to grant a refund (minus a 5% administrative fee). To request a transfer or refund, please contact conference@aashe.org as soon as practical after you become unable to attend.
- What forms of payment are accepted?Check, ACH, and credit card payments are accepted as outlined in our AASHE 2026 Registration & Participation Policies.
Check payments will be accepted until September 11, 2026 and must be sent within 45 days of invoice receipt. Your registration may be canceled if your payment is not received within 45 days. If paying by check, please allow two (2) weeks for delivery and receipt. If payment is not received within 45 days of your registration, AASHE will cancel your registration and you will have to register at the rate in place when you re-register.
Please include a copy of the invoice or confirmation email with your check. Payment information is provided on your invoice.
