Registration Policies

Registration is now open! We are looking forward to seeing you at the Hilton Inner Harbor hotel in Baltimore, MD on October 4-6, 2026!

  • Registration Rates

    Registration rates are based upon:

    • Organization AASHE membership status
    • Organization type
    • Student status
    • Presenter status
    • Quantity of registrations purchased

    For the best rates on #AASHE26 conference registration, become an AASHE member!

  • Group Registration
    AASHE welcomes large groups. Groups qualify for the following discounts:

    • 2-5 tickets: 5% discount
    • 6-10 tickets: 10% discount
    • 11-20 tickets: 20% discount
    • 20+ tickets: 25% discount

    All tickets must be purchased in a single transaction to qualify for the group discount and must be requested via the group sales form. Group discounts apply to attendee, student attendee, and business attendee registrations. The following registration types are not eligible for the Group discount: Presenters, Sponsors, Exhibitors and 2026 Scholarship Recipients.

  • Presenter Registration
    Wait to register until you have been notified of the acceptance of your proposal(s) targeted for mid-June.

    Once accepted, the following discounts will be offered off the current registration price:

    • $60 off for Student Presenters
    • $125 off for all other presenters

  • Scholarship Information
    AASHE offers a limited number of scholarships to cover up to the cost of a full conference registration. No scholarships will be awarded for travel or other logistical expenses associated with attending the conference. Learn more about the scholarship program.
