Registration rates are based upon:

• Organization AASHE membership status
• Organization type
• Student status
• Presenter status
• Quantity of registrations purchased

AASHE welcomes large groups. Groups qualify for the following discounts:

• 2-5 tickets: 5% discount
• 6-10 tickets: 10% discount
• 11-20 tickets: 20% discount
• 20+ tickets: 25% discount

All tickets must be purchased in a single transaction to qualify for the group discount and must be requested via the group sales form. Group discounts apply to attendee, student attendee, and business attendee registrations. The following registration types are not eligible for the Group discount: Presenters, Sponsors, Exhibitors and 2026 Scholarship Recipients.

Wait to register until you have been notified of the acceptance of your proposal(s) targeted for mid-June.

Once accepted, the following discounts will be offered off the current registration price:

• $60 off for Student Presenters
• $125 off for all other presenters

Plan to arrive early on Sunday and sign up for a pre-conference Experiential Learning Opportunity (ELO) or a Workshop. Both types of activities occur on Sunday, October 4, before the official start of the conference program, and cost an additional fee.

Workshops: take place on Sunday, October 4 from 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on-site at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. Lunch is not included, check-out options in the area. Cost is $95 for AASHE members, $125 for non-members and $50 for students.

Experiential Learning Opportunities: take place on Sunday, October 4 between 8:00 a.m. and  3:00 p.m. (various times and lengths) and costs vary.

AASHE offers a limited number of scholarships to cover up to the cost of a full conference registration. No scholarships will be awarded for travel or other logistical expenses associated with attending the conference. Learn more about the scholarship program.

• Cancelations/Refunds/Substitutions: If you register and become unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person OR apply the amount you paid towards registration at next year’s AASHE conference. In exceptional circumstances, we may instead be able to grant a refund (minus a 5% administrative fee). To request a transfer or refund, please contact conference@aashe.org as soon as practical after you become unable to attend.

• Speakers: Speakers must register by September 6, 2026 to ensure their session remains in the conference program.
