AASHE’s advisory committee on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion conceived of No Sustainability without Justice: An Anthology on Racial Equity and Social Justice as a way to share guidance around how racial equity, social equity, diversity, and inclusion are integral components to sustainability for those employed in higher education. These essays discuss racial equity as a necessary condition for a sustainable campus.
