International Conference on Environmental, Cultural, Economic and Social Sustainability aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Environmental, Cultural, Economic and Social Sustainability. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Environmental, Cultural, Economic and Social Sustainability.

The 5th Annual Facilities & Campus Energy Summit provides an interchange of in-depth knowledge and serves as a catalyst for collaboration across large built environments that are working to improve their overarching energy efficiencies, resiliency, and reliability in a financially sustainable manner, with many organizations also striving towards decarbonization and sustainability goals.

The Menus of Change Leadership Summit features over 50 presenters, including nutrition and environmental scientists, consumer insight experts, chefs and culinary entrepreneurs, CIA faculty, business leaders and investment analysts, industry sector innovators, and other food systems changemakers. The topics addressed are critically relevant to chefs and operators working to secure the financial viability of their restaurants and foodservice operations while also advancing healthy, sustainable, delicious foods and menus.

18th Annual Research Conference

The conference aims to promote reflection on how much progress we have made in 36 years and on new understandings related to sustainable consumption. The aim of the discussions is to identify gaps, define mechanisms to speed up progress, and map out institutional partnerships necessary for a fair transition.

We are excited to announce that our 2026 annual conference will be held virtually in June.

The conference will provide an opportunity for professionals from a variety of sustainability-related roles at SUNY colleges and beyond to connect and learn from one another.

The Biennial Association Meeting is the formal business meeting of the AAUP. Under the AAUP Constitution, it is held in even-numbered years except when prevented by war or national emergency. The meeting is attended by delegates elected by chapters and sections. AAUP members who are not delegates may attend the meeting but do not have a vote or a formal role in the meeting. The purposes of the meeting are established by the AAUP Constitution and include electing AAUP officers and Council members, voting on amendments to the Constitution, expressing the AAUP’s views on professional matters, voting on proposals and resolutions, and acting on recommendations presented to it by Council.
