Lani St. Hill, Communications and Engagement Coordinator, NC State University Lani St. Hill is the Communications and Engagement Coordinator for the University Sustainability Office at NC State. She leads interdisciplinary programs that empower the campus community to recognize our connection to the planet and drive positive change. With over 12 years in sports sustainability, Lani has led award-winning athletics waste diversion efforts, helped launch the ACC Sports Sustainability Team, and is now supporting the development of the Collegiate Sports Sustainability Network. |

Kelly Wellman, Sustainability Director, Texas A&M University Kelly Wellman serves as the Sustainability Director at Texas A&M University (TAMU), where she leads efforts to integrate sustainability across campus operations, academics, and engagement. She oversees the implementation of the university’s Sustainability Master Plan, leads the Aggie Green Fund, and collaborates with students, faculty, and staff to advance key initiatives. With over eight years of experience partnering with Texas A&M Athletics, Kelly played a pivotal role in embedding sustainability into the department’s daily operations. Her leadership culminated in the development and release of the Athletic Sustainability Master Plan in 2023—the first of its kind—marking a significant step forward in uniting sports and sustainability. |

Lindsay Batchelor, Director of Climate and Sustainability, Duke University Lindsay serves as the Director of Climate and Sustainability at Duke University and provides leadership and strategic support to the operations and education pillars of the Climate Commitment. Lindsay leads the team of staff focused on operations and education programs/projects as well as helps facilitate and inform strategic planning processes in these focal areas. Lindsay also provides strategic staff support and leadership for climate and sustainability in athletics. An essential part of her role is to cultivate relationships and partnerships that further climate and sustainability initiatives at Duke. Lindsay has a B.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Lindsay joined OCS in 2023 but she has worked in higher education sustainability since 2003, serving in the sustainability offices at both NC State University and Wake Forest University. |
