Webinar: AIM2Flourish: An Experiential SDGs-Assignment for Students

February 13, 2019 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm EST

Free

The UN SDGs are the world’s must-do list by 2030, and we need every student, everywhere to identify themselves as Global Goals leaders. Now in its third year, the free, flexible, experiential AIM2Flourish.com assignment is an engaging and transformative SDGs learning experience for students. By using the positive-questions-based Appreciative Inquiry interview method, students form relationships with inspiring business and community leaders in their own communities. Our research shows that the AIM2Flourish assignment creates positive shifts in students’ mindsets. They shift from uncertainty to a heartfelt confidence about business’ potential to do well *and* do good, as well as their own potential to be world-benefiting leaders. Students practice researching, interviewing, writing, and publishing a mini-case study on AIM2Flourish.com, becoming contributors to the world’s largest collection of business solutions for the SDGs. The session will prepare professors to immediately offer the AIM2Flourish assignment to their students, including how to incorporate it into curricula and use the online AIM2Flourish.com story publishing platform.
