Laura Matson (laura@aashe.org) is the STARS Program Manager for AASHE. Prior to AASHE, Laura worked in various capacities for the City of Portland’s Office of Sustainable Development. She holds an honor’s degree in economics from Lewis & Clark College, where she received the Worldly Philosopher Award. While at Lewis & Clark, Laura was active in sustainability advocacy and programs. Her research appears in Frontiers in Ecological Economic Theory and Application. Laura lives in Oakland, California, where she enjoys cooking, aerobics, and reading.
