Your involvement in AASHE is a great way to support the advancement of sustainability in higher education and make connections with the growing campus sustainability community. Business MembershipMembership is the first point of entry into AASHE for most businesses and provides an array of benefits including access to our members-only resource center, opportunities to connect with our campus members, and discounts on AASHE events. Of special relevance to business members, membership also includes discounts on many of the sponsorship opportunities described below. Member Spotlight
University of California Santa Barbara is our current spotlight campus! In April 2008, UCSB's chancellor approved a comprehensive Campus Sustainability Plan. The campus is one of only three universities in the LEED Portfolio Program, and currently has four LEED-certified buildings. In 2006, students approved a $2.60 per quarter fee to fund campus sustainability projects - the first UC campus to do so.
