AASHE Announces the 2022 Sustainability Award Finalists
Philadelphia, PA (Nov. 07, 2022) – The Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) is excited to announce the 28 finalists for its 2022 Sustainability Awards. The AASHE Sustainability Awards provide global recognition to the individuals and organizations leading the higher education sustainability movement. With the help of volunteer judges from the community, the awards program raises the visibility of high-impact sustainability projects and collaborations, pioneering research, and student leadership, helping to disseminate innovations and inspire continued progress toward environmental, social and economic health.
The finalists came from more than 430 submissions.
AASHE is hosting a virtual awards ceremony on Dec. 8, from noon to 1:00 PM ET, to announce the 12 winners. The ceremony is free, however, registration is required.
