However, until now, clear guidance wasn’t available for purchasers seeking to procure equipment with climate friendly refrigerants. That’s why the SPLC, in partnership with the Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development, convened an Action Team to develop guidance for purchasers seeking to take action in this area.
