Dan Triman is an independent contractor/consultant who provides various services in Green Building, Green Business, Sustainability Consulting, and Environmental Education in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Dan currently works for several green companies and organizations in the D.C. area on a project basis. He enjoys sharing his passion for green and sustainable practices with others. He has presented at several conferences, worked with school groups on in-class projects as well as outdoor construction-related projects, and is involved in many aspects of the green community in the Washington, D.C. area. Dan has co-authored green jobs resource guides in Portland, OR and Washington, D.C. He has been an avid volunteer for years, and loves to get involved in projects that give back to the community. Dan is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP+), and a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor (CSBA). He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park.
