Chris supports AASHE Programs through the content development of STARS. Prior to joining AASHE, he evaluated social welfare programs and policies and helped design assessment tools for the state of Tennessee. He also conducted participatory, community-based research projects and helped lead a living wage campaign at the University of Tennessee. Chris holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Sociology and a master's degree in Political Economy from UT-Knoxville.
