Program Description
Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee offers a terrific place to study environmental and land use law. The law school has assembled an outstanding front-line faculty of land use and environmental law teachers and scholars, many of whom practiced law in the area before coming to FSU. In 2008, U.S. News & World Report rated the law school's environmental law program 10th strongest in the nation.
