Power Shift 2007: Full Coverage

While Matt and I set out with the valiant goal of blogging continuously about the Power Shift conference during the Power Shift conference, it's been next-to-impossible thanks to technical difficulties, packed schedules and free-time eaten up by 50 minute lunch lines and long walks between venues. That's not a complaint! The organizers of this conference have done an *amazing* job of planning as best as anyone can for a total inundation of 6,000 students! I'm blown away with how well everything has run. Fortunately, the conference organizers also planned ahead for the distribution of news from the conference. If you want to know what's going on, check out the regular dispatches on the "It's Getting Hot In Here" blog. I'm off to try and recover from several intense days of activity before the massive lobby day tomorrow. The Power Shift planners had to scramble at the last minute today because far more students have decided to stick around for the Monday lobbying sessions than they had originally predicted. Watch out Congress! Here comes a young and fired-up generation that wants more than half-measures!
