Telecommuting Policies

Anyone have any links they can share regarding their telecommuting policies? My institution is looking to create such a policy. This move was initially prompted by IRS/accounting concerns, but I want to ensure that sustainability is a clear focus and perhaps even include incentives. Any examples would be appreciated.

I realize this post is a bit old but I wanted to let you know that we did create a resource list of campus telecommuting policies (members-only) partly as a result of your inquiry. The list has 75+ policies from institutions in the US and Canada.
