I'm curious about any colleges or universities that have required sustainability courses for freshmen. Do any examples exist? How successful were these courses? It would be ideal to contact professors that actually taught required courses.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Darin Saul at the University of Idaho team-taught a section of the required CORE classes for first-year students.  A press release about the course and its interactions with local schools can be found at
