Have any colleges signed up for Freecycle as an institution?

Western Michigan University is consistently looking for better ways to coordinate with the city, as well as reduce waste. We have been thinking about signing up with freecycle as a group or organization. Has anyone created a 'freecycle' kid of network for their institution? Or a 'free' Craigslist kind of format? We have also found the freecycle website somewhat difficult to navigate.
Any feedback or ideas would help!

Krista,
I would love it if you could email contact information about Berkeley's ReStore. I have talked to Bowling Green State University about their ReStore as well. We have been conducting "Really Really Free Markets" on this campus, but are looking for a wider audience. A store would obviously be more evident and permanent than holding events.
Thanks for your help,

Hi Nola-
UC Berkeley has a ReStore on campus that's been doing this kind of thing on campus for many years. Let me know if you want the contact there.
We haven't tried the Freecycle angle yet. There are so many restrictions with getting rid of usable/saleable stuff from campus.
good luck!
