Has anyone worked with a recycling/resource recovery consulting firm that you would reccomend?

We are considering systemic changes to our current recycling system and collection processes. I would love to hear from anyone who has had experience working with outside professionals to improve campus recycling systems.

I caught the tail end of a presentation with IRN – The Recycling Network and Columbia University at GreenBuild that gets at your question. The presentation was focused on C&D recycling and illustrates a campus working with an outside professional successfully.
