I was recently contacted by a prisoner who is completing a Business Management Degree through correspondence. He's hoping to start working on an MBA and is interested in the field of sustainability but hasn't been able to find a suitable program. Unfortunately he doesn't have access to the internet.

Does anyone know of a sustainability-focused MBA program which offers traditional, by mail, correspondence courses? Short of that, does anyone know a proffesor who would be willing to work with an inmate to create such a program?  Thanks!

Hi Justin,

That seems like a tough one. I would think maybe if he could figure out if there was any possible way he could get internet access, that would make it a whole lot easier. Green Mountain College has an online mba: http://www.greenmtn.edu/mba.aspx

Not sure if that helps any. I am curious if prisons have libraries that have internet access.

Does anyone else have any suggestions or know of anyone that has been involved in anything like this?

Thanks,

Seann
