I would also be interested in other checklists that AASHE members may have for energy and water conservation and efficiency measures on college and university campuses.

You may find the energy conservation section of AASHE's how to guide to climate action planning helpful. It includes a checklist of elements that go into an aggressive conservation policy and includes a detailed listing of energy conservation measures that can be used in campus buildings.
