This is a place to share your reflections and continue the discussion regarding Michigan State University's AASHE 2010 Oct. 12 dialogue session, "Adopting and Adapting Suitable Program Level Sustainability Competencies."

We also have posted a discussion section at our Facebook page "MSU Sustainability Specialization"

View our sustainability competencies online: http://sustainabilityspecialization.msu.edu/

How might these competencies mesh with various program levels you might consider: sustainability major, sustainability minor, sustainability concentration, graduate concentration or operations certificate?

Identify which competencies are appropriate for your particular application
Are there changes you would make? Different learning objectives? What is missing?
How many and at which level comprise the credential?

Identify your group-at what level application did you work with the competencies
Share which competencies you selected and comment on any edits, changes, etc.
What areas elicited most conversation, why?
How many at each level of mastery?
Other additional thoughts about the use of competencies at your home institutions?
