Fees and Deadlines for Conference & Expo

Please register through our online registration system.

The registration fee covers all concurrent sessions, keynotes, and plenaries; Sunday and Monday receptions; Monday and Tuesday breakfasts and coffee breaks, Monday Awards Banquet and lunch; and admission to the Sustainable Solutions Expo. Tuesday's lunch is $7.00. In addition, participants will receive a free copy of Lester Brown's most recent book: Plan B 3.0: Mobilizing to Save Civilization as well as the October issue of Sustainability:  The Journal of Record.

After November 6th, last-minute registration fees will be the standard rate, plus 25%. 

You will be able to select the payment by check option until October 15.

Refund Policy

Refunds, minus a $25 processing fee, will be granted if a request is received in writing by Monday, October 20, 2008. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. Requests must be sent via fax, email, or mail. Refunds will be made by check and processed in 4-6 weeks. If you must cancel, please advise AASHE staff as soon as possible at conference@aashe.org.

If you are unable to attend and would like to send someone in your place, substitutions are welcome.  You may make the substitution yourself using this online registration tool.
