Call for Proposals
IMPORTANT UPDATE!
The deadline for proposing workshops, panels, papers or field reports passed on June 2nd. However, we are still accepting abstracts for poster presentations. Posters submitted after July 16 will be accepted on a rolling basis.
We will send notification of acceptance letters out by July 30.
The Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education is pleased to invite submissions of abstracts for AASHE 2008: Working Together for Sustainability - On Campus and Beyond.

Presentation Formats
- Paper
80-minute sessions with four 15-minute presentations, each followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
- Poster
One 60-minute session with authors presenting posters. Posters may be set up on Sunday afternoon and will remain on display throughout the conference. Dimensions: 5 ft. x 5 ft. maximum, with means for hanging from backboard.
- Field Report
80-minute sessions with seven 10-minute presentations followed by general discussion (10 mins). This is an experimental format for presenting overviews of projects, ongoing work, research notes, field notes, new programs, innovative proposals, short papers, etc.
- Panel or Roundtable
80-minute sessions with 3-4 presenters, plus panel moderator or discussant. 10-15 min presentations followed by Q&A led by moderator or discussant. Outcomes- and action-oriented sessions encouraged. The panel organizer must submit one abstract describing the panel and its purpose.
- Workshop
80-minute interactive sessions led by an individual or team.

Instructions
Please submit an abstract of 250 words or less through the online submission form. (Note: vendors must have an institutional partner for their presentation.) All presenters must register to attend the conference and pay prior September 30 to guarantee their place in the program.
