Hey Oles! Wednesday, Oct. 24th is Campus Sustainability Day! Several events focusing on sustainable justice and food will be happening across campus throughout the day. Come to any of them you can make it to!

Peace Coffee Tasting
Crossroads, 9-11am
Peace Coffee is coming for a tasting! Learn about the social justice & sustainable nature of three of Peace Coffee's brews (Ole Kaffe, Morning Glory, and Guatemalan Light), all brewed by the Cage. Tables will be set up in Crossroads for you to browse and taste!

Aquaponics Presentation
Regents Hall 310, 4-5pm
Bon Appetit employee Sarah Piper will be giving a talk on Aquaponics: a mix of hyrdoponics (cultivating plants in water) and aquaculture (raising aquatic animals in tanks, like snails or fish).

Chili Cookoff
The Pause, 5:30pm
Come see student teams show their cooking prowess at the Chili Cookoff as they are judged by campus celebrity judges including the illustrious Randy Clay. Try some tasty chili and learn about the environmental and social impacts of the ingredients used in its making.
