Antioch University New England (Keene, NH), Franklin Pierce University (Rindge, NH), and Keene State College (Keene, NH) proudly co-present Campus Sustainability Week 2012. Events are planned at each of the three campuses and students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to attend. View a documentary film about the effects of climate change on the most vulnerable members of society and learn how you can make a difference for social justice. Take part in a hands-on project to build structures for composting food waste for a community garden. Learn about local, renewable energy alternatives and join thousands of others at colleges and universities across the US in celebrating Campus Sustainability Day.

Thursday, October 25, 2012 (11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) – Home & Institutional Compost System Demonstration & Workshop at the Antioch University New England Community Garden
Please join us for an informational workshop on composting systems and how they can be implemented at both homes and institutions. The workshop will highlight the successes of composting at Antioch University New England and offer practical information on how to start and maintain composting systems, both large and small.
