This year, Campus Sustainability Day will include two events:

The Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Grand Opening

11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Behind Partners I, 1017 Main Campus Drive, Centennial Campus

Grab lunch from a food truck, snag some free Howling Cow ice cream, test drive an electric vehicle, learn about our campus’s newest charging stations, and see a student-built EcoCAR2!

The Reusable Regatta Raft Race

Build Time: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Race Time: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Lake Raleigh, Centennial Campus

The Reusable Regatta is a friendly competition that exists in order to help spread awareness about the importance of sustainability and waste reduction on campus. For a $10 fee, all NC State students, staff, and faculty members have the opportunity to build and race a raft using only recyclable materials. To learn more and register for the race, visit: go.ncsu.edu/reusableregatta

Spectators are also welcome to come out and cheer on the participants!
