Sustainable Food Conference

Everyone is welcome to attend this free event, sponsored by NJ Higher Education Partnership for Sustainability and Raritan Valley Community College’s Environmental Sustainability Committee. Learn about sustainable food from the experts.

- Keynote – Sara Elnakib of Rutgers NJAES is a dynamic speaker who will share food security and food waste stories from her experience working with a school lunch program in Paterson.

- EPA Food Recovery Challenge – Lorraine Graves, Environmental Specialist, EPA Region 2
